Our Commitment
The Pet Assembly is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We believe a good experience should be available to everyone.
Standard We Aim For
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
What We Do
Steps we take include:
• Using clear, readable typography and strong colour contrast
• Providing descriptive text alternatives for images
• Ensuring the site can be navigated by keyboard
• Writing in plain, straightforward language
• Designing layouts that adapt to mobile and desktop
Known Limitations
We are continually improving. Some older content or third-party features may not yet fully meet our target standard. We are working to address these as quickly as we can.
Feedback
If you experience any difficulty using our site, or have a suggestion for how we could improve, we would genuinely like to hear from you. Email hello@thepetassembly.co.uk and we will do our best to help and to put things right.
